What's left to polish before our first official round?

We’re getting close to the first **official round** of Alpha Nation, and before we flip the switch I want to make sure we’ve shaken out the rough edges. You all have been playing, poking, and breaking things in ways we never could on our own — so this is your call to action.

**What still feels broken, confusing, or unfinished?**

A few areas I’m especially curious about:

- **Bugs** — Anything you’ve hit that threw an error, 404’d, or just didn’t behave the way you expected. Even the small stuff.

- **Confusing UI/UX** — Pages or actions where you weren’t sure what was happening, what a button did, or where to go next.

- **Balance & gameplay** — Anything that feels too strong, too weak, too cheap, or too punishing in normal play.

- **Missing quality-of-life** — Little conveniences that would make the game smoother (better summaries, clearer confirmations, shortcuts, etc.).

- **The guide & docs** — Anything unclear, outdated, or missing that tripped you up while learning.

**How to help most:**

1. One issue per reply (or a clean numbered list) so we can track them.

2. Include steps to reproduce if it’s a bug — what you did, what you expected, what happened.

3. Screenshots are gold if you’ve got them.

4. If it’s a suggestion, a quick “why” helps us prioritize.

Nothing is too minor. A typo, a misaligned button, a stat that doesn’t add up — if it caught your eye, it’ll catch someone else’s too.
